Today, I received yet another reminder, but I am still awaiting some kind of response from two weeks ago, where I sent TWO Emails and spent 45 Minutes on live chat, and all for nothing. The issue is already in the hands of "management", and it is THEY who should be looking into it. To be honest, this should not be constantly necessary. ![]() I have just received a reminder to claim this offer.Įmails from last week and issue referral STILL IGNORED The BelleRock rep has promised time and time again that these were "teething problems", and they would be sorted out - but here we are two to three years later from when this trouble first started, and if anything, things are slowly getting WORSE, not better. Now, the King Neptune claim system seems somehow to have been absorbed into the main BelleRock system, which means constant failures to accept the codes sent to players, unhelpful error messages, CS that promise something & never follow through, and being unable to even make contact with CS at times. ![]() ![]() King Neptunes did completely die for a while, but then woke up & started running promotions, and these were completely separate from those run for the main BelleRock group (which kept on failing). I just needed the usual ID and utility bill, and that cleared me for the whole group. ![]()
